Red Bluff district project hailed as government aided boon
The Red Bluff project is praised for a $2,600,000 plan financed with a nonrepaid U S cash grant, low commodity and labor costs, bonds retired at 4 percent, hydroelectric revenue, and reduced professional fees. The piece notes many favorable factors, including favorable market conditions and a notorious prologue of costs versus benefits. It also cites Pat Jorgn’s column and critiques on a new code pushing publishers to fair prices and mocks political commentary with satirical “premium” suggestions for editors.
