Three Suspects Apprehended in Battery Theft Probe
Three suspects face theft charges over $5 in a Gibson battery theft case. Richard Carl Fletcher 18 of Ontario Canada Richard Davis Wood 23 of Ontario and Ricky Harold Clemons 19 of Ft Irvin California were jailed in Reeves County after bonds set at 1000 dollars.
