Public notice outlines weekly publication and ballot procedures
The district orders weekly publication of this notice for three consecutive weeks in a general circulation newspaper within the county or nearest county if none exists. Publication must begin at least 21 days before the election. Officials will report results in triplicate, with copies to the Judge, the Board President, and the Secretary. Elections documents and ballots go to the Secretary for safekeeping. The notice meets Article 6252-17 requirements and copies of notices and results will be attached to this order.
