Reeves County district orders January 1978 election
The Reeves County Water Control and Improvements District No. 1 board orders a special election on January 21 1978 to elect two directors. Precinct 3 polling at Balmorhea district office opens 8 am to 7 pm with Garland L. Renz as presiding judge and June Carter as clerk for absentee voting.absentee voting runs 9 am to 4 pm for days 20 to 4 days before election.
