Liturgical Commission Formed At Santa Rosa Church
Santa Rosa Catholic Church formed a Liturgical Commission to involve parishioners in Sunday and weekday worship. Participants may share talents as commentators, lectors, dancers, singers, musicians, and ushers, with the Altar Society and instruments included. A December Our Lady of Guadalupe celebration featured a communal offering and a liturgical dance group. Parishioners are invited to volunteer via the Sisters' Convent or Rectory.

There's an Answer by Peale and Peale
In this column a reader asks how to stop drinking to avoid pain medication after a severe car wreck that also killed an infant and injured his wife. The Peales urge changing thinking to become positive and offer a free booklet The Power to Change Your Life. They also address a reader needing discipline for a 16 year old and advise a united front with the spouse and clear boundaries. A second reader seeks trust in love after divorce and the Peales outline intuition time and prayer as guides. Dial-A-Prayer information is provided.
