Unoccupied properties face removal in Pecos City
Town of Pecos City property owners were invited to a Thursday council meeting to explain why substandard buildings should not be torn down. City Inspector Wadley said most properties are unoccupied and hazardous, with owners urged to fix code violations. Six Earl Bell School buildings are not listed as substandard, a letter indicates attendees must show cause for retention.
