New 35 mph speed limit set for Eddy Street Pecos
Pecos City Council adopted an emergency ordinance establishing a uniform speed limit on Eddy Street from 8th to Stafford. The limit is 35 mph, 20 mph in school zones when yellow lights flash. Mayor Bickley noted prior speeds ranged from 30 to 45 mph. State will install signs.
