Victor Hennefent and partners expanded the Mint Cafe in Pecos. An addition in March 1927 doubled capacity, and a January 1928 annex covering the adjoining lot doubled again. The expansion, designed for beauty and comfort, was completed with finishing touches for opening. The project involved W L McAtee Architect and E H Stubblefield contractor with The Electric Shop and Prutt Lumber Co. supplying materials.
