Payson Woman Honored as Outstanding Senior Citizen of 1975
Castersen, a longtime Payson resident, has been named The Outstanding Senior Citizen of the Year by the Pinal Gila Council of Senior Citizens. Plans to honor her in May include a state nomination for the Governor’s award. She organized the Payson Senior Citizen Club, now with over 50 members, and serves as elder at the Community United Presbyterian Church.
