City Hall Location Debate Ends Without Decision
City council adjourned without settling where to place the city hall. The meeting approved Ordinance No. 06 granting power to condemn sidewalks and approved a franchise for Greenwood Avenue Irrigation Company to pipe water along Seventh Avenue North to allow sidewalk construction.
