It explains locations for a school site, voting yes on Propositions II III and IV for a high school, and explains Proposition V as a bonding power mechanism to allow 350000 dollars, though law limits original propositions to 2 percent.
Virgil Bancroft urges Community Unit District 100 voters to approve a new high school that includes seventh and eighth grade facilities.
