Dist. 100 Patoka High School Honor Roll Highlights
At Patoka High School the 7th and 8th grades list High Honor and Honor Roll students including Ardith Briscoe Jane Nattier Mari lyn Headley and many others. Seniors and juniors also appear on High Honor and Honor Roll lists. New pupils Pamela Lansford and Monte Page joined the school this quarter. Perfect attendance marks go to several students, with daily hot lunch popular. PTA plans Family Night in March and a patriotic program for February.

The Patoka Warriors captured their 17th win of the season defeating Ashley 66 to 47 on January 29. Bill Stephens and Bob Nattier played for the Warriors in their return to eligibility for the second semester. The team led by 18 points at halftime and extended the margin.

F F A News Pest Contest Draws Strong Interest
F F A boys run a pest contest with about 1200 points earned by several participants. The losing side will host a party for the winners as the event ends at noon on January 31. The Ag Department adds seed sales to compare two varieties and build steady customer bases. On January 25 the F F A boys hosted the F H A girls for games.
