Obituary of Mrs Ellen Garrett
Barbara Ellen Lansford daughter of Jack and Sarah Holt Lansford was born May 12 1865 in Poster township and died April 16 1935 at the home of her son and daughter in law Selby and Garrett six miles west of Kinmundy. She joined North Fork Church after revival and lived a devout Christian life. She married James William Garrett February 10 1887 and had five sons and three daughters. Funeral services were held at the home of Selby and Mia Garrett with Rev. Lloyd Lovell officiating and interment at Sandy Branch cemetery.
