Marvin Bassett, Republican, defeats Floyd Jones 114 to 64 to become Foster township supervisor. Mason Bassett had declined reelection. Eldon Pratt beats George Doudera 96 to 81 for assessor. Russell Osborn is unopposed for township clerk with 115 votes. Democrats R. H. Green and Cleve McWhirter win as auditors. Republican Wm. E. Griffin also elected auditor. A $10,000 road bond and road tax levy pass.
