FHA Loan Program Helps Marion County Farmers Lease Land

Marion County farmers use Farmers Home Administration operating loans at 5 percent to buy seed, fertilizer, machinery and meet home expenses. About eighteen borrowers rent part of their farms under equitable leases, aided by FHA management assistance. Applications are taken Mondays at 8:30 to 12:00 at Mr Blades office on U S Route 50 East Salem Illinois.
