John William Younger, 33, described as an expert on women and car salesmen, was arrested in Kansas City for stealing a dozen automobiles and related frauds. He boasted of marriages and multiple past wives, faced warrants in Oklahoma Arkansas Missouri, and was to be handed to federal prosecutors for transportation of a stolen car and impersonating a federal officer. He had learned salesmanship in prison and used a rickety trade in his ascent to a stolen convertible.
