The Sixth Annual Women’s Model Parliament will be held October 26 1975 in the Legislative Building Winnipeg. Manitoba women can learn parliamentary procedure and practice speaking on issues by joining as an MLA for a day through contact with Mrs. Betty Johnson.
Birth announcements from The Pas and Cranberry Portage list nine newborns between Sept 1 and Sept 19 with parents named. A 1952 53 Provincial Normal School class reunion is planned October 24 at the Holiday Inn Winnipeg during teacher conferences, with graduates from Manitoba Ontario and Saskatchewan expected, buffet and dance, tickets ten dollars from Paul Kereluik.
