A recipe for a light chicken loaf using diced chicken bread crumbs and cooked rice. Mix two cups chicken one cup crumbs one cup rice two tablespoons dry milk powder half teaspoon salt dash pepper two eggs and one and a half cups chicken broth bake 45 to 50 minutes until a knife comes out clean. Serve with mushroom or light tomato sauce. Yield four.
Rotary District 555 Governor Jack Veitch and his wife from Selkirk Manitoba visited The Pas Rotary Club last Thursday. Members and guests heard an inspirational address delivered during the evening held at the Norlite all.
Mr Veitch urged the club to emphasize International Services and noted a Texas district seeks a student from its area to complete her final high school year in Dallas. He asked members to provide candidate names for this placement.
