Mayor race includes incumbent seeking re election against Bert Hayes with Ivan Taylor as the new council hopeful. Three councillor seats have incumbents seeking reelection. Moon Key names listed as A Balar George Hiatt Alex Wil. School trustees no election. Tom Stephens re elected chairman with Gib son and Berg not seeking re election. Vacancies to be filled by appointment from January 1. Two polling stations Elk s Hall and Nor Lite Hall. Polls open 9 A M to 6 P M.

Prince the Greyhound Returns Home to Kelowna Plan
Prince, a greyhound owned by Mr. and Mrs. Reg Williams, wandered from Snow Lake to Wabowden after being sent to various masters. Ten days ago he returned to his original home, carrying pebbles and cuts from his travels. He was sent by crate on the CNR Express toward Kelowna as the couple planned retirement to the Okanagan Valley.
