Drilling by Across Oil & Gas Ltd of Calgary has started on 54 claims east of Buzz Lake in northern Manitoba to test strong copper mineralization detected by magnetometer and EM surveys. Grab samples from an anomaly yielded up to 7.8 percent copper with silver nickel and gold present. Ore resembles material from Hudson Bay Mining and Smelting properties to the north. International Nickel holds two claim groups about 1.5 miles southwest of Acroll interest. Griffith Bros Drilling Limited provides equipment with a possible 600 foot depth capacity.
