Original 1909 Le Pas Lot Sale Shows Big Returns
The first sale of lots in Le Pas in 1909 saw Lot 1 Block 6 fetch 8250. Early buyers who foresaw the Hudson Bay Railway boom held on and saw rapid gains, with the same lot selling for 10000 in February. Such gains, up to about six hundred percent, were common for early Le Pas purchases.
