Rezoning Rejected for Morrish Shopping Complex Plan in The Pas
The municipal board refused Morrish's bid to rezone eight southern lots from R2 to Ci for a 20 000 sq ft store plus 4 000 5 000 sq ft extra structures. The panel found the proposal unsuitable for the residential area and urged locating a shopping complex elsewhere with better access and planning alignment.
