Two Skating Rinks Considered For The Pas This Winter
A study to determine if The Pas can operate two rinks this winter is underway with a December 1 opening target. Councillor Russ Tawse notes taxpayers should not bear full cost and suggests a recreation commission or a club-run model with $800–$1,000 left from the defunct Kelsey Recreation Commission and about $1,000 in provincial grants.
