McCormick push for recreation land over library site
McCormick argues development costs are manageable and muskeg removal makes land usable. He notes two large clay piles and black earth on site, seeks to acquire them, opposes a library on the front half, and suggests repurposing muskeg as a toboggan heap. The Pas seeks more recreation space with grants aiding expansion.
