Arts Council forms in The Pas outlines long range goals
The Pas Cultural Development Council outlines objectives to foster cultural leisure activities, coordinate local groups, manage itineraries for traveling exhibits and performances, provide public relations and funding access, and act as a regional resource with aims to cooperate with the Winnipeg Symphony, Ballet, and northern bodies.
