Medical Director Speaks To Retarded Association
Dr. C. Rolfe, Health Services Director, addressed twenty three members of the Association for Retarded Children at the Provincial Building. He explained causes of mental retardation, described prevention measures and a neonatal screening test for a rare retardation disease detected in eight thousand ninety births. The association received grants and memberships, plans a two night gala “The Pas in Review” with local children performing.
