His Grace Archbishop Sergio Pignedoli Apostolic Delegate for Canada will visit Keewatin Missions this June. He will travel to Cross Lake Norway House Grand Rapids and The Pas with a full day of events at Grace Cathedral Parish. Town rejects $100 claim for dog killed by tranquilizer shot
Charlie Morrish sought $100 after his black lab Scotty was shot with a tranquilizer gun used by the dog catcher around 10 36 p m on May 18. The council rejected the claim and Morrish plans to involve the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. The tranquilizer gun had been bought from a cattle ranch operation two years ago.
