Telex Dial System Expands to 67 Countries
The telex dial system operates in 67 countries and is used by large firms for long distance communications. In Canada it is a joint CHR CPR operation, letting subscribers send messages directly from their own premises. In The Pas Manitoba two subscribers Lamb Airways and Acklands Ltd link to the network. The Pas CN Telecommunication office becomes a northern Manitoba central exchange. Each subscriber receives a code number.

Funeral for Scott Devenny in The Pas
Funeral service for Scott Devenny will be held at Christ Church in The Pas on Wednesday December 25 at 3 30 PM.
