The Town of The Pas will send letters to Timberland Trailer Court residents urging them to register and obtain licences for their mobile homes. Fees, set by formula, depend on trailer size land value and mill rate, with subdivision exemptions for its landowners. Mayor Doug McBride notes Timberland rates will be lower than the new subdivision due to smaller lots and lower land assessment.
