Lack of interest in Manitoba Winter Games at The Pas
The Pas committee reports public enthusiasm is low for the 1978 Manitoba Winter Games. Cross country skiing outlines trails and seeks buses, while officials urge broader participation. A regional speed skating clinic is planned for December 18 with 15 plus expected skaters. About 300 competitors are anticipated February 3 to 5, 1978, with hosts providing meals and transport.
