Moose hunting mix up ends with ladies bagging moose
In Moose Mountain district near Cormorant, Mrs Shlachetka and Mrs Turer persuaded Tom Fenner to guide them on a moose hunting trip using his auto toboggan. Each woman shot a moose while husbands were away. Both women skinned and dressed their catches. 26 moose were shot that season in the area.

Roy Vickery Receives Two Manitoba Tourism Awards

Two Year Plan to Centralize Town Offices in Water Plant
The Pas Town Council approved a two year $19,000 project to remodel the Water Plant at Edwards Avenue. The second floor will be renovated first to consolidate town offices and Council chambers.
