Chautauqua Wins Support Across Three Utah Cities
The tri city chautauqua in Parowan Cedar City and St George organized by the Chambers of Commerce drew strong entertainment and financial results. Cedar City led with a vaudeville and concert return totalling 859 to 900 gross, net about five to six hundred after expenses, with transportation donated. Parowan netted about 100 from a 339.45 gross and 240 expenses. St George figures not disclosed.

Fire Destroys Property At J Br Lister Farm
Fire at the Jos R Lister farm started about four o clock when a boy struck a match on a straw stack. Lister and nearby help battled the blaze but lost straw, a livestock shed, hay stacks, corn and fodder. Firefighters arrived from town after word reached them and contained the flames. Bed and house near the barn survived by a close margin.
