Juvenile Court Arraigns Five in Thanksgiving Delinquency Case
Frank Rasmussen Carlisle Dalton and Mr and Mrs Nat Benson were arraigned in Juvenile court this week charged with contributing to the delinquency of two girls who allegedly drank with them on Thanksgiving night. They pleaded not guilty and await a hearing in the next two or three days likely Friday. The hearing title is left to the State's attorney and Durham Morris who will represent the defendants.
