Funeral Services Held For Hugh E Matheson
Funeral services for Hugh E Matheson who died in Iron County Hospital last Monday were held Sunday in the Farwan East Ward LDS Chapel under Bishop wig. The choir directed by Mrs Coy Manning opened with If Need Thee Every Hour. Invocations by Hugh Lo Adams and hymns Rock of Ages followed. Speakers included George A Wood Cedar City Barbara M Adams and Iisseop Jevnie Guymoe Parowan. They praised his community service and labor on public and church buildings without compensation. Burial was at Parowan City Cemetery. Pallbearers were five members of Matheson Owain Gordon Elmer LaMar and Sven Matheson and a stepson Lynn Green.
