Utah Anti Cigarette Law Reprinted in Beaver County Paper
The Beaver County Weeks Press prints the Utah Legislature’s anti cigarette act enacted to curb barter sale distribution and advertising of cigarettes and papers. The law sets penalties for vendors minors in tobacco use and defines prohibited advertising signage and public places. It takes effect ninety days after passage.
