The Parowan M. and M Q store, recently controlled by the Credit Men’s Association, will reopen for business Friday. Local citizens tied to Rep. Wilford Day arranged the negotiations and will soon form a board of directors. Willis Johnson will supervise operations while the new group finalizes the company name.
