He notes a net gain of 2415 dollars since 1920 and details potential savings vs nearby rates plus the value of free street globes and library lights. Defective teeth in Utah school children are blamed for widespread malnutrition with some districts showing over 90 percent affected. The University of Utah health experts note defective teeth slow eight grade completion by about six months and other dental issues hamper study progress. The university offers free health lectures and has 24 other lecturers aiding outreach to nearly 30,000 people this fall. Our late issue was due to delinquent tax list preparation and a death in Provo prompted Mrs. Golden Paramore’s travel.
