The State of Idaho serves notice to unknown heirs and devisees of multiple deceased individuals including Barbara Hancock Edwin N Austin James Poulsen Thomas Orr Orson Hancock Hymas Julia Hymas Tirina Nelson and others in a district court action in Bear Lake County. Plaintiff seeks to quiet title to described real property and defendants must answer within twenty days if served in district or forty days elsewhere. Court stamp shows September 13 1926.
