The District Court of the fiftieth Judicial District of Idaho Bear Lake County is filing a foreclosure action by plaintiff against named defendants for materials and buildings. Defendants must appear with answer within twenty days after service or forty days if served elsewhere and risk judgment as prayed. Clerk H H Broomnian issues the notice with attorney W B Hoefer.
Martinus Nelson pleads guilty in September Term 1917 in Bear Lake County to grand larceny and was sentenced to not less than two nor more than fourteen years. He applies to the State Board of Pardons for a full and complete pardon after the publication of this notice. Nelson lists P O Box 58 Boise Idaho and the notice is dated August 1.

Department of the Interior United States Land Office at Blackfoot Idaho gives notice of intention to make final three year proof to establish a claim to the land described in Homestead Entry No 024148. The claimant Albert Hamburg of Dingle Idaho filed May 15 1916 for the southwest quarter section 8 township 1 north range 45 east Boise meridian. Hearing set before M B Cherry United States Commissioner in Montpelery Idaho on October 20 1918. Witnesses listed: Dinkle Laster Carruth.
