Bear Lake County Board Studies Budgets and Public Works
The Bear Lake County Board rejected one bill for election officials due to unequal treatment and high cost, and agreed to pay election officials 11.00 dollars per election with meals furnished by arrangement. Discussions covered Bear Lake Bird Refuge machinery parking, duck and crane crop damage, property line surveys at Worm Creek Gravel Pit, civil defense participation, road widening to Montpelier Cemetery, and a proposed Sixth Judicial District Public Defender. A public hearing was set for December 17 1968 on Falula farms Inc request to move a county road.
