Poison in Idaho family kills two women in Richards household

New Auto License Law Signed by Governor
Governor Alexander signed the auto licensing bill based on vehicle weight. The law requires weights and sets fees: under 2000 pounds 15, 2000 to 3000 pounds 20, 3000 to 4000 pounds 30, over 4000 pounds 40. After five years, one third of the fee is deducted. William A. Kincaid, Ada County Assessor, said owners can prepare by gathering car data before inspection. The act carries an emergency clause and takes effect today.
