In Moscow on June 15 a dairy barn at Idaho's University of Agriculture hosted a post commencement dinner for 40 people. Violet Poseh Ormsby, the state institution's top butterfat cow, led the feast with Holstein Friesian breeders from Latah County and university faculty in attendance.
