Mrs. Sarah Phelps aged 85, longtime Raymond resident and Bear Lake valley pioneer, died yesterday after a long illness from a stroke suffered 17 years earlier. Stanley Hill of 8. Bile verman & Son Co Chicago buys over 23500 pounds of Bear Lake valley wool this year. Purchases average 11 to 18 cents per pound. Last year similar volume bought at 22 cents per pound.
