George H Thornock longtime Bloomington resident died after a brief illness at age 66. Born March 31 1859 in Farmington Utah he moved to Bloomington in 1871. He was a trusted ally to Alma Findlay served nineteen years as a trusted councilor and was respected for courage fairness and honesty. He leaves a wife Louisa and children Angie Paterson Jos Paterson Wilford Kenneth Leonard Burrows Gordon Windley Doyle Nelson and others. His son Wilford sent a loving tribute on his 66th birthday.

Old Time Resident Dies in Bear Lake County
Co G Keetch a longtime Bear Lake County figure died at St Charles while visiting. Born in Wyoming during a migration, he was 64 and leaves a wife and three sons. A pioneer dry farmer and large landowner he was also active in livestock and served as Wardboro’s bishop and church leader. Funeral services were held in the Wardboro chapel with many attendees. Interment followed in Wardboro Cemetery.

Karen Marie Neilson Olson born Denmark July 28 1862 joined LDS Church with family later emigrated to Utah 1878 and married J C Olson. They moved to Ovid 1883 where she lived until passing after a stroke June 2. Survived by eight children four brothers twenty four grandchildren and husband who died 1918. Interment in Ovid cemetery after ward chapel service.

Cokeville Baby Poisoned by Tablets Tragic Loss
Two year old Orin Cozzens, son of Mr and Mrs Wm Cozzens of Cokeville Wyoming, died after eating poison tablets misidentified as candy. The tablets contained strychnine and potassium cyanide. Funeral services were held in Raymond last Tuesday with burial in Montpelier.
