Funeral services were held Sunday in the stake tabernacle for Rolla M Rich 24 son of the late President William L Rich who died from injuries after a Thursday morning automobile accident on Utah State Agricultural College grounds in Logan Utah where he was a junior student He was laid to rest beside his father in the city cemetery amid many floral tributes and mourners The services noted his diligence at studies and his declining health that morning

Readjust Bear Lake fishing plans announced
Officials from the state game department and southeast Idaho sportsmen will meet this weekend to resolve Bear Lake fishing restoration. The 1929 law allowed seining to catch large trout and halted fish plantings in the lake and its tributaries, a move sportsmen now question.
