William Chapman longtime railroad engineer for Union Pacific Utah Northern and Short Line died last Sunday in Salt Lake Hospital after 20 years with the Short Line and earlier service on the Utah Northern He was known as Cyclone Bill and lived at Montpelier Idaho Falls Eagle Rock and Montpelier with many friends Attending the funeral were Charles B Harris and Henry Douglas of Montpelier en route to Logan for the Masonic service.
