Sunday visitors, traveling relatives, and local gatherings fill the Sharon area. Family reunions, strawberry picking at nearby ranches, and church events mark a busy week with multiple calls and weekend visits to Montpelier Paris and St Charles.
Lanark residents report Mr and Mrs Dean Huntsman and children and Mrs Jesse Carter visiting Bo and Mrs Archie Parker and family. Pvt J T Eborn left for Camp Rucker Ala with Pvt and Mrs Gay Reader of Blackfoot. Harold Eborn left for Ft Douglas and Pvt Lovell Parker for Fort Bragg. Mr and Mrs Harlan Eborn and son Jimmie visited Paris on business. A supper party was given for Harold and Pvt J T Eborn by their parents Wednesday night with Udell Roberts and boys of Liberty in attendance.
In Bear Lake County Idaho a detailed summons informs Elizabeth Pettit and extended defendants of a quiet title action filed by ANOTHER PLAINTIFFS against multiple heirs and unknown devisees. The case names Bear Lake County Idaho property parcels including Sections 3 and 22 Township 14 South Range 46 East Boise Meridian with 160 and 80 acres plus 60 shares of Taylor Canal Company stock, subject to a mortgage from 1951 to Utah Mortgage and assigned to Mutual Life Insurance NY. The State of Idaho issues the summons requiring appearance within twenty days. a July 10 1951 date marks the clerk’s stamp and the case proceeds through public notices with July 19 1951 first publication and August 16 1961 last publication.
