On July 9 1923 Bear Lake County commissioners met to cancel 1922 taxes for widow Mrs Arthur Parker and Rose Sparks estate. They ordered holdover on Rural High School District Number Two and approved highway cooperative agreement with Idaho. Exemptions to 1923 assessments were granted and quarterly reports reviewed with bills allowed and warrants issued for current expenses.
