Notice of Application to Change a Public Highway
Notice is given that on the th day of July 1907 at 10 a m the undersigned will apply to the Board of County Commissioners at the Court House Paris Idaho to alter a road from Porta to Noonan and Georgetown through the lands of David King John Kunz and Robert Kunz. The described tracts include portions of Section 36 Township 2 South Range 43 East and run along the west line to the northwest corner then east along the north line to the road intersection. Witnessed June 13 1907.
