Fielding High selects Wilford Price as new principal
The Fielding High School board chose Wilford Price to head the school for 1932 33. Price, former Emerson principal and now part time at Utah Agricultural College in Logan, replaces retiring principal D Low who led since the county district’s creation. Lanark Girl Dies of Scarlet Fever
Vera Lee Passey six year old daughter of Mr and Mrs Clarence Passey of Lanark died Saturday after an attack of scarlet fever. Funeral services were held Monday with Bishop Ernest Hymas presiding. Invocation by Joseph Beck benediction by Gwen Roberts. Speakers included Oscar Parker Richard Sleight and Bishop Hymas. Music by a double mixed quartet.

Rites Held Friday for John Bird 90 in Stake Building

Fire damages cabin at Rainbow Camp in Blairtown
A blaze started by a gasoline stove damaged a Rainbow Camp cabin owned by David Mouritsen formerly of Bear Lake at Blairtown Wyoming Tuesday evening. The city fire department extinguished the flames after arriving at the scene shortly before supper.

Dr. Foster of the U S Bureau of Fisheries outlined a program to make Bear Lake a fishing mecca. Fall spawning species will be planted to reduce spring losses, with 100000 Mackinaw carp on the way from Lake Superior. A hatchery at Bear Lake head will be built with shared costs by Utah Power and Light Utah and Idaho game groups.

Second annual Muckers Ball planned in Paris Pavilion
Plans announced for the second annual Muckers Ball to be held in the Paris Pavilion on February 2. Hosted by employees of the Solar Development Co the event features a five dollar dance prize and other new attractions.
